Back on the island

It's been a while, but made it up to the island this weekend to check on the houses and split some logs for "Our House" rental. My buddy Justin came up for the weekend to hangout.

The family will all be taking a long break from the island as Bonnie will be recovering from her multiple surgeries.

Jen and Zach's wedding weekend

Me and Anna went up to the island for Zen and Zach's wedding.

Gutters are done and the exterior of the house looks great. Now I need to build the new stairs and wrap the porch. 

Labor Day Weekend

Labor day weekend, me and the girls came up to the island. Not too much going on with the house. I put the back panel on the kitchen island, looks good. Still waiting for counter tops.

Spent some time seriously cleaning and organizing the garage. I wanted to remove as much construction crap out of the way.

Nate and crew came up for the weekend with JR and Lisa. Here is a photo of them in the party garage.

New front porch columns!

 

I was unable to make it up to the island this weekend. However, Chris and Tim absolutely rocked-out the new front porch columns! Looks so good and really matches the style of the house.

Derek, my Electrician, came up on Saturday and installed many, many fixtures including these...

Finally installed the sump pump line (with Ice Guard attachment) into the gutter drains from last weekend. This is great because now no more flex drain on top of the soil - everything is buried!

Big job underway. Gutter drains being installed.

The yard was torn up something serious, but the result is awesome. Now I need to get gutters.

I finished installing the base cabinets. Still need to put the back panel on the island.
