Bye bye KI
Also, super boring, this is a sump pump discharge line repair for "Our House" on Lower Cliff. This is a photo under the deck. I had to crawl under here in the mud with all the tools and such, big fun...
I finished winterizing (both houses) on Sunday afternoon, got on the ferry and headed east.

Season coming to an end...
Kinda wrapping up for the season. Not too many exciting updates or progress. I did take the time to trim out the wood beam. This was kinda tricky since I used two kinds of trim and had to do some drywall mudding as well, plus paint etc.
Had to remediate some framing and drywall to get Anna's closet door installed. Needless to say, I was stalling this work because it is a pain. But, now ALL doors are hung in the entire house, including knobs and lock sets.

Kitchen countertops!
After waiting almost three months, finally got the kitchen counter tops installed. They look great and really make the kitchen take shape. I can't wait to get this finished next year.

Labor day weekend, me and the girls came up to the island. Not too much going on with the house. I put the back panel on the kitchen island, looks good. Still waiting for counter tops.
