Interior Doors and Lot Graded

Installed the over-the-range microwave.

Big thanks to "Big Dave" from the Captain's Corner. He did a great job grading the lot.

Meanwhile, over at "Our House", we had HughesNet internet service installed. 

By the end of the weekend, I had installed the kitchen island cabinets.

Family fun weekend

My cousin John came up to the island with his son Ethan and friends. We had a great time hanging out and the kids had super fun boating, fishing and beaching.

I did find time to put the upstairs toilet in the bathroom, nice!

Summer time on the island is my favorite.

Anniversary and Father's Day

This weekend was our 22nd Wedding Anniversary and Father's Day. We had an awesome dinner at the Island House on Saturday and went to Sheele Beach on Sunday.

Tired of painting

I am already tired of painting, so I made some progress on the garage bar. Also, we had Tinman heating and cooling come out to move the heat pump/AC unit outside. During that service call they discovered that the thermostat was also bad. Fortunately, I had a new NEST on-hand and Bonnie asked them to install - all good!
