This year for Island Fest (“I Want To Go Back To The Island”), the Captains Corner girls kicked ass and won the award for "Most Original" float.

Later on Saturday night, our favorite local band, "Almost Famous" headlined the Caddy Shack. Our friend Chris Torok, invited Anna to sing "I love rock-n-roll".

KI's Got Talent

Anna performed in the annual "KI’s Got Talent" contest on Saturday, July 13th at Memorial Park.

July 4th week

I took vacation time for the whole week of July 4th. I love spending that time on the island with family and friends. Here are a few photos highlighting that week.

Early summer

Wrapping up Memorial Day weekend, lil Neil got invited to go walleye fishing with Joel on the Nachofish charter. I tagged along too. Neil was later hired to be the First Mate for the rest of the season.
